Key Responsibilities
* Identify, assess and mitigate the impact of change processes on people and systems for payroll digitisation.
* Develop and implement a training programme to ensure a smooth transition to digital strategies, focusing on efficient and effective service delivery.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate change and provide specialist advice on payroll transformation across the public sector.
* Evaluate and manage change-related risks and impacts, ensuring all identified needs are addressed in the training analysis.
* Lead the development of training materials, including policies, procedures, guides and online content, to support the payroll transformation.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions with stakeholders and system users, promoting knowledge sharing and adoption.
* Maintain accurate records of business activities, adhering to state regulations and organisational policies.
