We are currently seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our organisation as Operators within our Hydro-Jex operations.
No prior mining experience is required — we are looking for people with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
About the Role
You will work within a small crew of 3–4 staff per shift, contributing directly to the safe and efficient application of a leaching process operation.
This is not a \"stand around\" role. You will be actively involved in:
* Monitoring and operating leaching processes
* Conducting routine inspections and checks
* Maintaining safe chemical handling practices
* Assisting with plant housekeeping and basic maintenance support
* Working closely with your team to maintain performance targets
* Adhering strictly to site safety systems and procedures
You will be part of a tight-knit team where reliability, accountability and teamwork matter.
Roster & Lifestyle
* 14 days on / 14 days off
* Rotating day and night blocks
* Two consecutive weeks off every roster cycle
* Site accommodation provided
* Meals provided during roster
* Employer-arranged transport
Who We're Looking For
* Keen to build a long-term career in mining
* Reliable and prepared to work hard
* Physically capable of working 12-hour shifts in remote conditions
* Comfortable working in a structured, safety-focused environment
* Team-oriented and respectful in a small crew setting
No experience is required — full training will be provided. However, a strong work ethic and commitment to safety are essential. You must be able to pass pre-employment and ongoing medical and drug assessments and hold valid working rights in Australia
