**The Company**:
An award-winning and highly established home building and design company, due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced ArchiCAD Draftsperson to join their growing drafting team. Housing construction projects consist of a vast range of designs.
Intermediate to Advanced ArchiCAD skills is a must in this role.
Excellent variety and range of residential projects.
**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Produce accurate working drawings for housing projects
- Ensure all work is completed within set time frames
- Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements
- Highly levels of accuracy
- Ability to work with a highly supportive and collaborative team environment
**Role Requirements**:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a drafter
- Experience working within a home building company will be advantageous
- Advanced level drafting experience using ArchiCAD
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player
- Able to meet deadlines
