A Day in the Life
As our Online Shopper & Experience Lead, you will be the architect of the digital journey for our prestigious L'Oréal Luxe brands in Australia. Reporting into the CMO, you will define and execute the strategy for our digital web and platform presence, ensuring every click immerses our consumers in the world of luxury beauty. This role will be a 8 month maximum term contract.
* Strategic Planning & Alignment : Develop and execute local e-commerce and brand activation strategies that align global guidelines with yearly business frameworks to drive luxury beauty market share.
* Data & Performance Analysis : Continuously monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics—including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and acquisition costs—to identify key online growth opportunities.
* Omnichannel UX & Merchandising : Implement best-in-class online merchandising, user experience (UX), and customer service standards across all digital platforms, including D2C,indirect & pure players including Amazon.
* Media & Funnel Optimization :In partnership with media leads, influence lower-funnel performance media and brand activation strategies to successfully drive customer conversions and maximize return on marketing investment.
* Optimizations & Campaign Strategy : Deliver data-driven recommendations for platform-specific optimizations, promotional campaigns, and product assortment adjustments to improve key performance indicators.
* Budget & Resource Allocation : Provide strategic budget allocation recommendations to Brand teams, ensuring efficient resourceutilizationand strong alignment between brand activities and online sales goals.
* Market Intelligence & Innovation : Research competitor activities, emerging technologies, and consumer trends within the e-commerce landscape to proactively adapt to changes and maintain a competitive edge.
We Are Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in digital platform or e-commerce management.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
* An analytical mindset, withproficiencyin using data to drive decisions.
* A solid understanding of User Experience (UX/UI) principles.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
