**About the Role**
We're looking for a **skilled and hands-on Shift Technician** to join our high-performing NSW Maintenance team at **Nu-Pure's state-of-the-art manufacturing plant** in Horsley Park, ideally located in Western Sydney.

You'll work directly with **industry-leading equipment**, especially **Krones and Kosme blow moulders and filler lines**-experience with these systems will be highly regarded.
You'll report to a **supportive and experienced Maintenance Manager** committed to your development and success through continuous training and career growth opportunities.
**Your Roster**
- Average **40 hours per week**
- **12-hour shifts**, rotating between:
- **Days**: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Nights**: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- **Monday to Friday only** - enjoy your weekends
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Prioritise and respond to breakdown repairs
- Monitor duties performed by production staff
- Oversee GMP-related training and procedures (blue cards, etc.)
- Complete preventive and scheduled maintenance tasks efficiently
- Identify and manage spare parts inventory
- Develop and maintain effective maintenance systems (work orders, schedules, registers)
- Collaborate closely with production teams to meet operational needs
**About You**
- **Trade-qualified Fitter or Electrician**
- **5+ years' experience** in a similar maintenance role within a fast-moving manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)
- Experience in **high-tempo, on-demand production**-ideally in the **bottled water or food industry**
- Strong knowledge of **pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCS**, and a **restricted electrical licence**
- Skilled in **preventive and scheduled maintenance (PM & SM)**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure with the ability to build strong working relationships
