Artisan Bread Baker Position
We are seeking a highly skilled baker to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for artisanal bread production and have experience in natural, sourdough bread creation.
* AQF Certificate III or IV in baking is mandatory.
* Fundamental literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
* The candidate must be capable of working around hazardous machinery and adhering to written procedures.
Desired skills include sourdough production expertise, equipment cleaning inspection, and oven temperature monitoring.
