About You
You're a trade-qualified mechanic (heavy or light vehicle, plant, diesel, or similar) with great problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
* Carry out scheduled servicing, breakdown repairs, and diagnostics on forklifts and material handling equipment
* Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
* Work autonomously while supported by our Darwin branch and national service network
* Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety standards
What We're Looking For
* Trade qualification in mechanical, automotive, plant, diesel, or similar
* Strong diagnostic skills and a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A current driver's licence
