We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused team member to join our close-knit team. 
In this role you will 
Assisting our customers with warranty and service enquiries 
Coordinating product repairs and liaising with suppliers 
Keeping customers updated and making sure all issues are resolved quickly and smoothly 
Supporting the proprietor with tasks such as paperwork, phone messages, and basic admin 
Staying organised, flexible, and ready to tackle whatever the day throws at you! 
What we're looking for 
A friendly communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people 
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks 
A proactive, "can-do" attitude with outstanding problem-solving skills 
Previous customer service or admin experience (bonus if you are familiar with Consumer Law, but not essential) 
Someone energetic, confident, and ready to grow with the role and beyond.
