We are seeking 2 expert Client Managers to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing key customer accounts within the Mid-Market segment, aiming not only to retain but also to identify new business opportunities within these accounts. Ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic planning and effective communication is essential.
The role requires someone who can identify customer problems and aspirations through their knowledge of various verticals and who enjoys staying up-to-date on how technology can improve business operations. The Optus Client Manager is curious, capable, a great communicator, and possesses business acumen and gravitas.
Your day in the life at Optus
* Conduct regular proactive customer visits and online meetings to build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
* Engage with multiple stakeholders in accounts, including IT, Business Unit heads, C-suite, and internal Optus executives.
* Work effectively and collaborate with a shared support team to manage service delivery, resolve issues, and execute opportunities.
* Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, contacts, and documents.
* Develop and regularly update territory and account plans to align with customer needs and business objectives.
Your skills to pay the bills
* Effectively articulate ideas, actively listen, and build lasting relationships with clients.
* Passionate about exceeding sales targets and identifying new opportunities and solutions to close deals.
* Proactive in finding solutions to challenges and quickly adjusting to changing client needs.
* Deep understanding of clients' goals, delivering personalized solutions that add value.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
