We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic store manager to join our team. The store manager will display exemplary customer service skills, be a natural leader, planner and organiser who is accustomed to troubleshooting, problem solving and can lead and motivate their team of up to 15 sales representatives. Essentials Fashion retail know-how with hands-on experience from stock room to shop floor. Natural salesperson. Proven experience in a similar leadership role. Solid team building experience. Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. Willingness to go above and beyond when needed. A true service ethic that defines every decision you make. You should be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday roster. Role Responsibilities Consistently provide strong leadership. Lead by example and present as a role model for all team members. Delivering and maintain exceptional customer service standards and creating a positive and engaging environment. Continually recruit, train and develop talented individuals. Ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in customer service, brand and product knowledge. Oversee store operations including rostering, cash handling, implementing processes and procedures, inventory management and relevant reporting. Stocktakes. Attending to customer concerns and queries. Ability to resolve conflict. Liaising with management and buying team to identify opportunities and initiatives to continually improve performance. Ensure that our high standards of store presentation and merchandising are always met. Maintain workplace safety and provide a healthy environment for staff and customers.
