We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our village kitchen, which serves over 7,000 meals monthly. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our strategic plan, building a team culture through strong leadership, operationalizing an integrated service delivery model, embedding salesforce CRM, growing the service through partnerships, and strengthening volunteer engagement.

 * Implement effective strategies to grow the service through partnerships and strengthen volunteer engagement.
 * Operationalize an integrated service delivery model that meets the needs of our diverse customer base.
Requirements
The successful candidate will bring:
 * Proven leadership experience in the community or not-for-profit sector.
 * Demonstrated operations experience, including financial management skills.
 * A strong understanding of governance and regulatory frameworks.
 * Experience working with government funding bodies.
 * An understanding of community aged care.
A current NSW police check is required, along with a driver's licence and car use.
Remuneration and Location
This role offers circa $140,000 plus superannuation, based at our head office in Turramurra.
