**How will I help?**
As the Credit Coach you will be a key member of the Assist Team within Customer and Business Assist. The role is critical in supporting Consumer Assist strategies and to coach, challenge and develop Managers, Leaders and Team Members. As a change agent, leading and powering the Service Revolution across the business, they are essential in continually improving the customer experience.
The Credit Coach is responsible for:
- Identifying and managing customer, financial and risk impacts in our processes
- Ensuring risk, compliance and legislative obligations are met
- Providing weekly updates and monthly reporting of outcomes
- Supporting the leadership team create and maintain momentum, coordinating activities, skill development and be an advocate for the business
- Delivering timely, high quality, stakeholder engaged outcomes that enables and supports Business Assist and strategic partners

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in managing complaints, resolving Long dated Matters and finding solutions for complex scenarios
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and exposure to developing and facilitating training
- Strong analytical, influence & negotiation skills
- High level attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of TEN methodologies, Service Promise, Leadership Star and GROW coaching principles
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
