SuccessFactors Time Management Implementation Specialist

A large Australian financial services organisation is seeking a SuccessFactors Time Management Implementation Specialist to play a key role in the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, with a specific focus on the Time Management module. This role will act as the internal subject matter expert, collaborating closely with the implementation partner to ensure alignment between the system configuration and the organisation’s complex payroll and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of the SuccessFactors Time Management module, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the implementation partner.
* Provide deep subject matter expertise in:
o Work schedules and associated business processes, including the handling of individual exceptions outside ordinary work hours and preventing incorrect system-generated penalty payments.
o Timesheet management, whether driven by exception or weekly submission processes.
o Award and pay rules, with the ability to interpret complex payroll regulations and guide accurate system configuration.
* Translate detailed business requirements into system specifications and validate build outcomes against those requirements.
* Challenge the implementation partner on system limitations and ensure solutions meet both business needs and compliance obligations.
* Advise internal teams on standard functionality versus required customisations within SuccessFactors.
* Ensure the solution is scalable, accurate, and future-proof, especially in relation to payroll compliance and workforce scheduling.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly within the Time Management module .
* Strong understanding of Australian payroll regulations and award interpretation.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into system configurations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Prior experience working with third-party implementation partners on large-scale HRIS/ERP projects.
* Strong leadership skills and confidence to guide, challenge, and influence outcomes at all levels of the organisation.
