Production Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our preparation team.
* Rostering staff and scheduling work to ensure client requirements are met in terms of timeliness and quality
* Ensuring safety, quality and reporting requirements are fully satisfied
* Creating a positive work environment centered on training and teamwork
* Supervising, coaching and training of a Preparation Team
* Participating in ongoing process improvement programs
The ideal candidate will have sample preparation or laboratory experience, supervisory experience is desirable. A C Class manual drivers license and own transport required.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field
* Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
* Sample preparation or laboratory experience
* C Class manual drivers license
