The Strand Yeppoon is seeking an entertainment-focused Venue Manager to lead our multifaceted venue, with a strong focus on live gigs and entertainment.
If you're passionate about the music scene and enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced venue, this role offers the chance to guide a dynamic team and shape the customer experience.
We're after someone who can deliver premium service, run activations, build strong relationships with DJs and promoters, enjoys the footy and is committed to developing their team.
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a large, multi-use venue. We're looking for proven experience in high-capacity venues, confident team leadership and the ability to grow and support a strong management team.
What's on Offer:
* Generous Salary $95,000 - $110,000 + Super
* Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

* Experience working in an entertainment-focused venue
* Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team
* Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials to analyse where there is opportunity to grow your business
* Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
* Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
* Write and control an effective roster
* Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
* Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area
* Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
* RLMV, Approved Managers License, Gaming Nominee & CLO are a must
