After nine years of consistent growth and with a strong brand presence across Western Australia, we are now expanding our footprint along the East Coast — and we're looking for the right person to lead this exciting next chapter.
We're seeking a high-level Business Development Manager who is based in WA and understands our culture, standards, and expectations from day one. You'll be the driving force behind our continued expansion into NSW, QLD, VIC, and SA — with the full support of our Perth-based leadership team.

The Role
You'll take the lead on developing and nurturing client relationships across the East Coast, with interstate travel as required. From industry events and networking functions to strategic partnerships and conference presentations, this role is suited to someone who thrives on meaningful connections and big-picture growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new business across NSW, QLD, VIC, and SA
* Build strong relationships with Property Managers and convert leads into long-term clients
* Represent Property Assist at conferences, networking events, and industry functions — including speaking engagements
* Collaborate with senior management to drive strategy and growth
* Work alongside industry partners and service providers to expand our brand presence
* Contribute to team recruitment and business development initiatives
* Maintain high-touch relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction
What You'll Bring
* Based in WA with the flexibility to travel interstate when required
* Experience in Business Development, Property Management, or industry sales
* Property Management registration (preferred)
* Professional presence with exceptional communication skills
* Confident public speaker, comfortable presenting at conferences and events
* A proactive mindset, solution-driven attitude, and strong organisational skills
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (iPhone provided)
