Assistant Store Manager – Perth
As the Assistant Store Manager you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team in a fast‑paced and exciting retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.
You'll also play a key role in:
Utilising and exploiting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager and District Manager to develop strategies for business growth and conversion of sales.
Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values and motivate the team.
Consistently raising performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent.
Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team and working in partnership with the wider team.
Always energising your team to deliver first class customer service within a fast‑paced environment.

You'll also monitor KPIs and help develop store talent.
"We would love to hear from you if:" 2‑3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
Passion about excellent client service and experiential retail.
Previous retail management experience at a big‑box retailer or multi‑site experience.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills.
A hands‑on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed.
A knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees.
Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels.
Flexible work schedule and ability to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.
