Management Accountant Role
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and branch performance tracking across multiple businesses.
You will utilize Xero to manage branch and divisional reporting, ensuring each business unit's financial results are clearly understood and presented. This role requires strong management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a Management Accountant or Senior Accountant role, with proven experience using Xero branch and tracking category reporting. They will also have strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple entities and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for each business and branch
* Develop and maintain branch-level reporting and tracking within Xero
* Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets
* Create and refine Excel-based reporting models
* Monitor KPIs, margins, and profitability by branch
* Maintain accurate reconciliations and financial data in Xero
* Support management with insights where required
About You:
You are an experienced and self-driven accounting professional who enjoys translating numbers into meaningful insights. You're comfortable managing reporting for multiple businesses and branches, and you have a strong command of both Xero and Excel.
