What You'll Do

* Provide tailored technical advice and product recommendations.
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos.
* Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activity.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within hardware, industrial supply, or engineering sectors.
* Strong understanding of mechanical components - experience with wheels, castors, or related products is a plus.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
* Commercially savvy with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals.
* Technically curious - comfortable learning product specs and translating them into customer solutions.
* Self-driven and organised, with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities.
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office to track activity and generate reports.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel for client visits and product demonstrations.
