**Retail Customer Service and Sales Consultant Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service and Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure customers have a memorable experience with our brand.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services to offer informed guidance and solutions to customers.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through consultative selling skills.
* Work closely with colleagues to create a welcoming environment where everyone is supported to achieve store goals.
**Benefits:**
* An hourly rate of $***** per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
* Additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday and 150% for hours worked on public holidays.
