Your new role
Key Duties & Responsibilities will include
- Generate sales leads by researching potential customers online
- Make 30-40 outbound calls a day to acquire new customers
- Onboard new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Record feedback from customers to further improve the customer services
- Work autonomously within a very supportive team environment and contribute to team activities and initiatives
- Work closely with other business departments to ensure continued business success
- Generate and act on new ideas that add value to the business
