A well-known Queensland Government-funded corporation is seeking an experienced Station Support Officer to join their experienced team based near Ipswich.
Your new role
* Contractor Onboarding & Support
* Manage contractor onboarding through SuccessFactors
* Enter contractor details and training records into the system.
* Provide onboarding assistance and support to contractors
* Monitor and manage site staff training requirements
* Ensure timely attendance and completion of mandatory training
* Maintain accurate training records in SuccessFactors
* Scan and file electronic documents into SharePoint
* Organise and archive hard copy documents, including updating archive box records
* Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings within the department
* Provide reporting and general support
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in administration or site-based support roles
* Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SharePoint (preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Previous experience within the public sector would be highly desirable but not a requirement.
