About the role
AGL's Environment, Land and Approvals team have an exciting and newly created opportunity for a Compliance Advisor.
Based in Sydney, Adelaide or Melbourne, this role will be a perfect fit for someone who is looking to consolidate their experience and grow in a truly supportive and diverse industry.

Environmental compliance is critical to the success of both the delivery of new renewable generation and the ongoing operation of AGL's existing generation sites.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating environmental and compliance data - gathering, documenting and managing information from systems and people across the business
Supporting implementation of environmental compliance procedures and risk-based systems
Communicating with operational teams to ensure compliance requirements are understood and met
Contributing to environmental initiatives and programs across the entire enterprise
Supporting regulatory reporting (ARMC, SSCR, HSE Headlines, NPI oversight)
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualification in environmental sciences, or equivalent
Excellent people skills - comfortable coordinating across teams and chasing up information
Experience in the energy or utilities sector is desirable
Problem-solver who loves working with data and systems
A proactive approach to managing work and projects
