Job Description
As a Manager on Duty, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Front Office team. This includes managing and developing the team to drive service excellence, handling guest arrivals and departures, monitoring room allocations, and ensuring daily and nightly front desk tasks are completed.
You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have similar experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel setting, with working knowledge of property management systems and a passion for the hospitality industry.
