RTO Manager – Full TimeAs our RTO Manager, you'll oversee all training operations and lead a small, dedicated team.
Your in-depth knowledge of CSQ funding (Construction Skills Queensland) and RTO compliance standards will ensure the continued success and integrity of our programs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day RTO operations with a strong focus on complianceAdminister and report on CSQ funding programsMaintain adherence to Standards for RTOs 2015 & 2025Lead, mentor, and support training and administrative staffPrepare for audits and liaise with regulators and funding bodiesIdentify opportunities for system and practice improvementsSupport growth within the businessWhat You BringProven experience in an RTO leadership roleStrong knowledge of compliance frameworks and CSQ fundingSound understanding of the Standards for RTOs (2015 & 2025)Excellent team management and leadership skillsHigh level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detailA proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on quality outcomes2.
Trainers – Full Time, Contract, Part TimeWe are also seeking experienced Trainers & Assessors to deliver a range of construction and safety-related units, including short courses in:High Risk Work LicensingRII Competency UnitsTLILIC UnitsYou Will NeedCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)Relevant industry experience and vocational competenciesFamiliarity with CSQ-funded delivery (highly desirable)A strong commitment to compliance and quality deliveryA reliable, collaborative approach to work and communicationWhy Join Us?
