From our humble beginnings in a small shed, we now have established depots and offices in, Perth, the South-West of WA, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia and our range of services include landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance and residential lot packages.
We are seeking an enthusiastic AP Officer to join our team. The role is offered on a full time basis and based out of our Head Office in Burswood.
**About the Role**:
Working with our Senior AP Officer, and the broader Accounts team, your key roles will include;
- Allocation of invoices and overseeing internal invoice approval
- Processing of supplier invoicing
- Preparation of weekly creditor payment runs
- Communication with suppliers, including queries and on boarding
- Reconciliation of statements and month end review
**Experience and Skills**:
We are looking for someone that fits the brief;
- An interest in Accounts Payable and Accounts in general
- A desire to learn and grow as you develop your role
- Enjoys working as part of a team
