Job Ad Summary: Full-time Contract Administrator position available in Kingsgrove NSW 2208 Position Overview Traffic Worx is a leading traffic management company based in New South Wales, providing comprehensive traffic control and project support services across construction, civil infrastructure, utilities, roadworks, and emergency response projects. On behalf Traffic Worx, we are excited to invite applications for a highly organised and motivated Contract Administrator to joint their team. The successful candidate will support the administration and coordination of commercial contracts, subcontractor agreements, project documentation, and client service delivery across a range of traffic management and infrastructure projects. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Preparing, reviewing, and administering client contracts, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and service agreements associated with traffic management projects Monitoring contract performance and compliance with agreed terms, deliverables, schedules, and commercial obligations Coordinating contract documentation including quotations, variations, invoices, work orders, permits, and project correspondence Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, councils, and internal stakeholders regarding contractual and administrative matters Assisting with the preparation and administration of tender submissions, pricing schedules, and contract variations Maintaining accurate contract registers, records, and document management systems Reviewing contractor and supplier documentation to ensure compliance with contractual and company requirements Assisting in resolving contractual discrepancies, delays, invoicing issues, and documentation inconsistencies Preparing reports and administrative documentation for management relating to contract status, variations, and project administration activities Ensuring contractual activities are completed in accordance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements Contributing to the improvement of internal contract administration processes and recordkeeping systems Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or higher qualification in Project Management, Law, Business, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant experience Ability to interpret and administer contractual documentation Confidence in coordinating multiple projects and completing deadlines Experience within civil infrastructure, traffic management, construction, or related industries highly regarded Strong organisational and time management skills Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $77,000- $97,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
