Job Overview
This is a leadership role where you will partner with clients to design and implement tailored technology solutions, including PLC, SCADA, and related systems. As the lead engineer, your main responsibility will be to mentor and guide engineers.
* Manage project lifecycle from start to finish inclusive of design, documentation, development, testing, and commissioning.
* Collaborate in workshops with clients and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
* Deliver projects that meet schedule and budget constraints.
* Lead automation project teams and personnel to achieve key milestones and deadlines.
* Verify customer requirements and contracted project deliverables.
* Develop and participate in performance reviews for staff in the automation team.
