Field Engineer L2
Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia
What success looks like in this role:
* L2 (Desktop) ICT support services expertise, both in person and virtually via email, phone, MS Teams, etc.
* Experience in provision of installation and break‐fix services for software, desktop hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure
* ITIL V3 certified (preferred)
* Proficient in incident, problem, and risk management practices
* Diligent in logging and updating ITSM tickets and records
* High focus on customer satisfaction
* Skilled in support of Microsoft M365 application suite and legacy Microsoft applications
* Able to support legacy and/or bespoke software platforms with guidance
* Perform regular moves, adds, and changes (MACs)
Requirements for success:
* Must be an Australian Citizen
* NV1 security clearance is required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
