About the role
Trade Team Leaders demonstrate emerging or developed leadership skills. In this role you will draw on your mechanical & auto parts knowledge, providing front-line technical support, product advice & assistance to Repco customers in relation to technical & sales enquiries.
Responsibilities & Requirements
* Have a safety mindset & always strive to provide the safest work environment
* Lead a team of Drivers & Parts Interpreters, with a focus on coaching & development
* Coordinate Driver delivery schedules
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Sound computer skills
* Be a team player, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
* Availability to work alternating weekends
* Hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time‐to‐time
* Note: this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving.
