BullAnt Security is a well-established company with a strong reputation for service excellence. We're looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator to join our Rockingham office and become a key part of our customer service and administration team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves dealing with customers, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service and support.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and portal systems
* Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
* Providing estimates and quotes
* Creating job requests and work orders
* Scheduling and coordinating mobile and production work
* Administering customer portals and updating records
* Managing general administrative tasks and reporting
* Providing support and relief across the service team


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

* Proven excellence in customer service or sales coordination
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to follow procedures and communication guidelines
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* A flexible, positive, and proactive attitude
* Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to provide a National Police Clearance
