Key Role in Contract Management

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Contracts Administrator. This dynamic role is responsible for managing critical contracts, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining accurate records of contracts and agreements
* Conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities for improvement
* Ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management
* Preparing and reviewing contracts, including contract variations and tenders
* Managing contract performance, quality control checks, and developing business relationships with suppliers
* Negotiating contracts, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with stakeholders
* Monitoring and controlling project timelines, managing costs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring legal compliance
* Preparing reports, analyzing contract performance, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications in contracts administration or a related field
* Experience in contracts administration, with strong communication and financial management skills
