Leadership Role: Sales Development Manager
This is a high-growth leadership position that requires an experienced professional to lead and manage the SDR Managers team in their region.
* The role involves direct responsibility over the performance of team members from various markets, including SMB, MM, and ENT.
* You will be accountable for owning operational metrics and goals of the team, department, and individual targets.
* Maintaining close collaboration with other managers to create, maintain, and improve processes, cross-company workflow tools, and organizational tools.
* Contributing to overall department strategy, working closely with the department director to ensure all objectives are being met and adjusted as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the SDR Managers team in their region.

Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in sales.
* 2 years of experience as a manager of managers.
* Proven experience leading and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
* Strong analytical skills to turn data insights into actionable projects.
* Experience with Salesforce and designing outbound sales development playbooks.
* Ability to motivate and inspire managers and SDRs to high performance.
