**Job Description:**
The Job Coach will build new and manage existing networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients who live with disability, injury, illness and disadvantage.
This role is ideal for a driven, resilient and energetic professional who can network with employers, build relationships and account manage effectively.
As a Job Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives and help them find meaningful and sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Network Development: Engage with, develop and maintain employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities for clients.
* Caseload Management: Manage a small caseload of clients, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
* Advocacy: Provide advocacy and information about atWork Australia's services, connecting both clients and the wider community.
* Relationship Building: Build strong partnerships with employers and clients through a personable approach.
**Requirements:**
* Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results.
* Ability to network and build solid partnerships with employers and clients.
* Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities.
* Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
