Physiotherapist – Residential & Community Aged Care
Are you a qualified Physiotherapist looking for an exciting opportunity? Sharp & Carter is seeking applicants to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team with one of our esteemed clients south of Sydney. In this role, you will provide personalised treatments across both Residential Aged Care and Community settings, contributing to an innovative approach to allied health services.
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients in both aged care facilities and the community, referred through government-funded programs and private funding. Our approach encourages continuity of care and empathy rather than KPIs.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support clients in areas such as daily living activities, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment needs, pressure care, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
Exhibit flexibility in adapting to the needs of both the client and the aged care facilities while operating within the physiotherapy scope of practice.

Qualifications
Australian experience as a Physiotherapist.
A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
Current AHPRA registration.
Full valid Australian working rights.
Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and a National Police Check.
