Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing building applications and drafting professional correspondence.
Conducting inspections and investigations to maintain compliance.
Providing technical advice to customers and stakeholders.
Supporting compliance management and swimming pool inspections.
What you'll need to succeed
Level 2 Building Surveying qualification (or progress towards) or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and the Building Code of Australia.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service.
Competence in MS Office and ability to interpret plans.
