**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct team training and coaching to ensure high standards of customer service.
* Oversee store operations, including staffing, sales performance, inventory management, and cost control.
* Troubleshoot issues to maintain efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with HR on recruitment, induction, scheduling, and team roster management.
* Support staff with escalated client issues and provide ongoing performance feedback.
**Requirements**
* Minimum 5 years retail experience in the luxury sector (preferred).
* Proven retail management experience.
