Accounts Receivable/Credit ManagerBanking & FinanceCredit & CollectionsBrisbanePermanent / Full Time28/2/2025Sunshine Coast (role is working in the office)Attractive base + super + bonusCareer opportunities - Leading organisationWe are searching for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager based on the Sunshine Coast with a leading company managing a small team of credit professionals, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management.This role is a blend of managing client relationships internal and external, staff, analysis and debt management.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with major client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Team Leadership:Set goals and KPIs for the team, mentor and develop team members to ensure optimum performance.Operational Direction:Provide hands-on management and operational direction to the credit team.Reconciliations & Reporting:Oversee reconciliations and produce monthly and year end reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.Assessment:full control and director of the credit assessment process -approval of limits etc.Collections:Discuss escalation of debt and referral and management of process with external partiesQualificationsExperience:Strong commercial credit background with previous Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager experience.Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel and other computer skills.Communication:Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, internal divisions, and external customers.AICM Membership preferredWhy Join?
