You'll be joining a highly collaborative marketing function within a well-established premium wine business, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Winemaking, Direct-to-Consumer, Cellar Door, Finance and Viticulture.
The team is creative, quality-driven and passionate about crafting memorable customer experiences across a diverse portfolio of wine brands.
Purpose of the Role
To bring a collection of premium wine brands to life through compelling content, well-executed campaigns, trade support and seamless event coordination — ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand story, values and commitment to quality.
The Opportunity
Imagine stepping into a role where you get to shape the look, feel and experience of multiple wine brands.
In this opportunity, you will:
Create standout social media content that reflects each brand's tone and aesthetic
Manage a structured content calendar to ensure timely and coordinated storytelling
Develop design-led collateral across digital and print channels using Adobe Creative Suite
Craft compelling copy for brand stories, product launches and campaigns
Support integrated marketing activity that boosts engagement and sales
Collaborate with Sales, Cellar Door, Wine Club and other teams to uncover rich content
Keep websites updated with fresh imagery, bottle shots, reviews, news and events
Prepare media releases and contribute to product launch activity
Work with distributors to deliver beautifully designed trade materials
Co-ordinate and support events such as tastings, roadshows and media activations
About You
You're a creative, organised and proactive marketer who enjoys turning ideas into polished, on-brand execution.
You'll bring:
Strong Adobe Creative Suite capability to produce high-quality design assets
Confident copywriting and the ability to tailor tone of voice across brands
Experience creating engaging social content, including photography and video
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
A collaborative approach with ease working across diverse internal teams
Curiosity and initiative — always thinking ahead and spotting opportunities
The ability to analyse content and campaign performance to drive improvements
Experience with website updates and digital platforms (WordPress, Later, Meta, Keap)
Excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners
Flexibility to travel to winery or Cellar Door locations when required

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading.
This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
