As a key member of the firm you will ideally have a client following or network. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:- Experienced (circa 6 yrs) in broad range of Family law matters ; incl. complex divorce & property settlements; binding financial agreements, child support, children's issues incl. Hague convention, defacto & same sex relationships etc.; Experience in dealing with private clients and understanding of taxation and estate planning as it relates to family law; Eagerness & ability to handle challenging/complex matters with strong drafting skills & a keen eye for detail; Passionate about their career - help grow the business and be a future Partner; Strong time/client management skills; Excellent 'client service' & attention to detail; Enjoy being an integral team player.
