Description:
Reporting to the Depot Manager you will join a team responsible for the day-to-day office administration duties of the Orange Bulk Fuel and Lubricants Depot.
Part time - 3 days per week - 9 Month Contract
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Support team with everyday depot operations
- Inventory control/stock management
- Daily retail reconciliation
- End of month reconciliation
- Administration duties
Your skills and experience include:
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Initiative and problem solving skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
- Strong focus on compliance processes and safety
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer service focused and the ability to work well within a team
- Previous administration experience
