What you'll be doing
Farmgate Counsellor position is to engage with and provide support to rural farming communities and individuals within the broader rural sector who are experiencing severe stress due to many factors. Provide triage, assessment, intervention and response to meet the Mental Health needs. You will work collaboratively with other service providers/agencies to promote assertive and timely service delivery for clients in the provision of holistic evidence based care in accordance to MNCLHD and Ministry of Health policies and directive.
