As a result, we’re on the lookout for passionate, purpose‑led individuals to join our growing team, with roles available to commence ASAP. You’ll receive full training and support to ensure you can deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.

As an Employment Mentor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting people living with disability, injury, or health conditions to unlock meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities. This isn’t just another job – and at Campbell Page, our participants are not just a number. We listen, support, and walk beside them every step of their journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage your own caseload of customers – providing tailored support.
- Collaborate with jobseekers to uncover their strengths, skills, and employment goals.
- Partner with local employers and community groups to unlock inclusive work opportunities.
- Provide tailored pre‑employment guidance and ongoing post‑placement support.
- Achieve real, measurable outcomes with purpose and heart.
What You’ll Bring:
- Passion for empowering people and changing lives.
- Previous experience in a client support focussed role.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities, with a strong eye for detail.
- A real drive to meet goals—not just ticking off boxes but creating real impact.
- Well‑developed administration skills and confidence in using database/CRM systems, or similar.
- An engaging and supportive communication style.
Previous experience or qualifications in employment services, community services, or similar would be highly regarded, but are not essential.

Must‑Haves:
- The right to work in Australia (no restrictions)
- Willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (we can help)
- Able to complete a criminal history check
- A driver’s licence
- Willing to work across other sites within your region when needed
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office
