Job Title: Employability Skills Trainer
* Promote the Employability Skills Training program to enhance participant employability and secure employment.
* Support participants in identifying their skills, abilities, and career goals, and develop tailored career development plans.
* Organize and implement training programs to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for employment.
* Foster relationships with local employers and community organizations to expand job opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or be on the way to completion.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
