Overview
We're on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang in Mackay, QLD.
Compensation & Benefits
* 38-hour week: No fixed-rate salary; you will be paid for the hours you work.

Responsibilities
* Lead, coach & train a team of up to 10 team members.
* Drive the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaise with your Stock Allocator, as well as work independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
* Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership experience – you lead from the front, empower your team, and embody a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
* Customer‐first mindset, strong fundamentals, and take retail seriously.
* Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role (though attitude is more important).
