Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

Job Description:
* Serves as the first point of contact for all IT support requests
* Provides basic troubleshooting and support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers
* Supports both Mac and Windows systems, including software installs, account access, and connectivity
* Helps configure user accounts, VPN, Wi-Fi, and email on company devices
* Manages and updates ServiceNow tickets
* Assists with asset provisioning and deployment, including setting up new-hire equipment
* Supports AV/meeting room equipment and performs basic break/fix tasks
* Works with senior technicians and vendors to complete repairs or fulfill hardware requests
* Maintains accurate documentation and inventory records
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in IT support
* CompTIA A+ certification
* ITIL Foundation certification
* Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
