About the Role
Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, this role is designed as a development pathway into Account Management. You will support the delivery of our services to clients while learning the operational, commercial, and relationship aspects of managing energy accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the day‑to‑day management of client accounts, including client communication and issue resolution
* Assisting with the operational aspects of energy billing, client services, and energy management
* Monitoring service delivery and escalating or resolving operational issues as required
* Preparing reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
* Completing energy procurement activities, embedded network management, and compliance processes
* Building and nurturing positive client relationships under the guidance of senior team members
* Supporting the sales and onboarding process, including documentation and data management
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to business development initiatives
* Gaining exposure to identifying growth opportunities within existing client portfolios
Your Key Skills
* 1–3 years' relevant experience (energy, utilities, property, strata, or similar)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
* Experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure desirable but not essential
