Location : Tamworth, NSW | Salary : A$168,000‑A$211,000 p/a | Work style : Remote (frequent travel required)
About the role
As a Territory Manager at Halter you will be the on‑field champion driving sales growth and ensuring long‑term customer success in the New England region. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with beef producers and collaborate closely with Product, Support and other regional teams to deliver Halter's transformative technology.

* Sales & Customer Success Expertise : Proven value‑based sales track record, strong ability to close deals and upsell to grow partnerships.
* Beef Industry Experience : Deep understanding of beef operations and the unique challenges of the sector.
* Attitude : Front‑of‑the‑jersey energy, results ownership and authentic passion for every interaction.
* Territory Management : Critical thinking to manage a large territory balancing sales and customer success.
* Problem Solving & Collaboration : Resourceful, quick‑thinking and cross‑functional team player.
* Willingness to Travel : Frequent travel within the territory.
What your day could look like
* Prospecting & Expansion : Source new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals and industry events.
* Hitting Sales Targets : Manage pipeline, qualify prospects, demonstrate product and negotiate contracts to meet high‑growth targets.
* Customer Account Management : Post‑sale relationship maintenance, support and smooth handoff to onboarding.
* Territory Ownership : Deep relationship building across the beef industry with regional agricultural groups.
* Customer Onboarding & Field Feedback : End‑to‑end customer experience during onboarding, deployment and field insights for product improvement.
* Collaborating with Support Teams : Partner with Support to resolve customer issues quickly and ensure full support.
