Key Responsibilities:
You'll lead the complete transaction lifecycle, from origination through to successful completion of investment sales deals. This involves conducting comprehensive market analysis, crafting compelling investment narratives, and presenting opportunities to sophisticated investor audiences. Your success will be built on developing and nurturing relationships with key market participants while collaborating closely with our research, valuation, and transaction management specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

We're seeking an accomplished commercial real estate professional who holds a current Real Estate Licence and brings 3-5 years of demonstrated success in commercial property sales and complex negotiations.
Your exceptional communication skills enable you to articulate complex investment concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, while your strong organisational capabilities ensure seamless management of multiple transactions and client relationships simultaneously.
Beyond technical expertise, you possess the relationship-building acumen that transforms initial client interactions into long-term partnerships. Your analytical mindset drives thorough market research and investment analysis, enabling you to identify opportunities others might miss and structure deals that deliver optimal outcomes for all parties.
