Job Overview
We are seeking an eLearning professional to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of digital learning across CALHN and Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS).
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) solutions to ensure seamless data management, reporting structures, and system governance.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders, including ICT teams, training professionals, and external vendors, to provide expert guidance on system architecture, integration, and best-practice learning technology solutions.
* Provide technical support and enhance the LMS experience to contribute to the success of workforce training across CALHN and SCSS.
Requirements
* Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to design technical solutions, analyse data, and develop meaningful elearning content to support training operations.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build trust, negotiate successful outcomes, and present complex concepts clearly.
* Technical expertise in LMS support and integration, including experience in learning management system administration, system implementation, and vendor collaboration.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, working autonomously in a detail-orientated environment, balancing high quality content production, technical administration, and adapting to changing demands.
